Shipping costs to return the item are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the item being received by our warehouse. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase. No refunds will be issued for items that have been used, misused, or damaged.

5. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the product is being returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

7. Swifty Phone reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy requirements or to charge a restocking fee for returned products that are not in their original condition.

8. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product and a replacement or refund will be issued once we receive the returned product.
